Sheree Mack

Sheree Mack is a freelance writer and artist living by the North East coast. She us currently writer in residence at The Lit and Phil in Newcastle upon- Tyne focusing on memory. She has a doctorate in Black British women’s poetry from Newcastle University. Family Album her first collection of poetry was published in 2012 by Flambard Press. Her second collection, Laventille, will be coming out in 2015 with Smokestack Books.

For the Philosophers’ Table she will be writing a series of poems to be read at Mapping the Return on September 19th.
